Understanding Notification Customization Options
- WATCH OUT for if you’re editing the notification for the client or for your users. It’s easy to miss.
- You can enable/disable and edit the notifications for having scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled a Booking.
- Much like in many other places in Zoho, you can include merge fields in the templates.
- Consider adding in the following, bolded, text to your client notifications.
