• JSON stands for JavaScript Object Notation
• Zoho’s Deluge output using the Info command (found on the right side after executing code), is in JSON format, so by using the JSON viewer we can decipher the output and check the functionality
• Our “getRecordByID” task pulled in all the data from that specific Contact record
