Entering Existing Record and Test the Blueprint

After you publish your blueprint, any records that fulfill the criteria to enter it will not actually begin using it until they are modified or edited in some way.

For example, if you had 120 existing records that you wanted to enter your newly created blueprint, you would have to edit each of them in some way. (think mass updates)

Once a record enters your blueprint, test it!

Check the following functionalities:

  • field updates (“Email Drip Status”)
  • automated task creation and validation rules (the follow-up loop)
  • automated emails (the drip and invitation to fill out the form)
  • Zoho Forms integration with CRM, which should enable you to see the Lead conversion transitions
  • do all the messages appear properly?
