In the Survey builder, go to the Hub tab to integrate your survey with Zoho CRM.
The integration setup is fairly simple. First, you have a few options: you can add a new record, update a record (based on a unique ID), or add/update a record.
In this case, we are adding new records every time. These are new service reviews.
Then, match up the Survey fields with the Service Review module fields. You can either map custom variables directly to fields in the CRM or you could pre-populate those values into the Survey fields (next video) and then map those values to CRM fields.
Remember, any fields marked mandatory in the CRM must be mapped. A record cannot be created if those fields are empty.
