Forgive the oversimplification, but Revenue Operations generally oversees 3 separate buckets:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Customer Success
Revenue Operations = aligning sales, marketing, and customer success into one comprehensive customer lifecycle, then helping make that customer lifecycle more efficient, and thus more profitable.
