This was a little confusing — I used the Zoho CRM Calendar Booking tool rather than Zoho Bookings.

Then, sync your CRM calendar with your Zoho calendar or Google calendar.
Calendaring, though, is one of Zoho’s weaknesses. Super strong in many areas, but calendar booking can use some work. Refer to our Zoho Bookings (coming soon!) course for more info.
