When to Use Zoho Survey

This is, overall, very similar to Zoho Forms.

  • Pre-population of data
  • Easy builder UI
  • Integrate to the CRM
  • Not as many options for configuration/logic/rules

Think of the name though: Survey. It’s great for exactly that. Trying to capture reviews, feedback, opinions, and basic data, it works great.
