In the deals module, add a formula field for the ‘Paid Upfront Discount’ (95% of the Deal Amount).

Install the Zoho Sign for CRM Extension:

  • Find this in the Zoho Marketplace
  • Review our course on Zoho Sign if you haven’t seen it yet or are unfamiliar with Sign

Sync Zoho Books and Zoho CRM Together:

  • Sync Accounts to Customers and Contact Persons to Contacts
  • Thus, any Contact to whom you send a Zoho Sign document will be in Zoho Books and you’ll be able to find the Account or Customer with which they’re associated
