At StoreHub, we’re building a dream team where all of your colleagues are extraordinary at what they do and are highly effective collaborators. We are looking for a driven Content Marketer to champion our social media and content strategy. You will primarily be working on our B2B brand, StoreHub, whilst supporting our B2C Brand, Beep, as and when necessary.

What is expected of you

  • Key responsibilities (but are not limited to):
    Produce high quality content for a variety of mediums (social media, blog, video, audio, etc.) at scale and with flair for our audience.
  • Develop direct communications with customers (app push, email, SMS, etc) on CRM platforms to maximise customer lifetime value and repurchase rate.
  • Implement effective content strategies in order to increase web traffic, customer / audience engagements, or for lead generation. – Apply SEO principles to all written content to create content that is both engaging, and high-ranking.
  • Proofread and copy-edit content at speed, while retaining brand voice.
  • Use insights to analyse & grow the number of organic engagements to identify trends, strategise and execute on content creation.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop StoreHub’s brand awareness & online reputation.


  • Faultless written English with impeccable spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in social media management, content writing or similar fields.
  • An obsession for detail – our writers are expected to take a meticulous approach to content creation, with a focus on accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
  • Good eye for visual design.
  • Able to think creatively and problem solve.
  • High levels of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Developed organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Experience level

  • Intermediate / Junior ( 1 – 2 years of experience )
  • Mid-level ( 3 – 4 years of experience )
