Client Support Specialist
We are looking for Zoho Experts to join us in the Client Support Specialist role. In this role, you will be required to attend to all customer queries, comments, and requests via phone, chat, or email. You’ll also be helping clients set up their Zoho system and walking them through its features.
To ensure success as a client support specialist, you should be able to display an exceptional ability to support customers with technical difficulties in a timely manner. Ultimately, a top-notch client support specialist should be a solution-driven individual and process-oriented thinker who can explain complex product information in a helpful way.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a client support specialist or a similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar field
What is expected of you
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with Zoho setup and resolve any technical issues they might experience.
- Understand client needs, document requirements, analyze current Zoho set up, identify issues, and communicate effectively with our development team.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that reported technical difficulties have been resolved.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and reporting product errors, failures, or malfunctions to developers.
- Keep detailed records of client data, including useful comments, as well as positive or negative feedback.
- Analyze customer feedback and advise developers on areas of improvement.
- Maintain client accounts and update billing information as needed.
- A minimum of two years’ experience working as a client support specialist, or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of Zoho.
- Excellent knowledge of customer relationship management best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
