The main purpose of this project is to give you an introduction to what the consulting process might be like. During this project, you will be tasked with reading through a prompt which outlines, in conversational vernacular, all the pain points, issues, and desired functionality of a new Zoho system for a hypothetical client named Elizabeth who runs her own marketing agency. In addition to getting some consulting practice, this project should help familiarize you with some flowcharting tools and how to write a statement of work.
