Zoho Sign is a great way to automate contract signature and you can use it directly in the CRM. However, collect more than just signatures! It is possible to collect all kinds of additional information in your Sign documents.

Using Zoho Flow, we can trigger a custom function to run on completion of a Sign document that performs all sorts of actions: updating a CRM Account record, Zoho Books Customer record, or creating tickets in Desk. The possibilities are endless.

In this project and walkthrough, we will integrate CRM, Sign, Flow, and Books for a seamless data collection and integration process. Additionally, we’ll learn about the sync between Zoho CRM and Books.
