We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Zoho developer, experienced in Deluge, development of custom functions and APIs in Zoho creator, and integration of 3rd party applications with Zoho One.
The selected candidate will have the flexibility of remote work (During and even after COVID). Work hours will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time.
Experience
- Custom Zoho development using Zoho Creator (Minimum 2 Years)
- Zoho Recruit or Zoho CRM or Zoho People development – Minimum 2 Years
- Zoho Recruit or Zoho CRM or Zoho People implementation or customization – Minimum 2 Years

What is expected of you
- Develop custom APIs, methods, and functions within Zoho
- Implementation, customization, and administration of Zoho applications including Recruit, CRM, Cliq, People, Zoho Mail, and more.
- Utilize knowledge of our business processes and requirements of the team members to implement and customize our Zoho system to work more efficiently.
- Train users on how to effectively use Zoho applications. Create required training materials & guidelines for the users, as needed.
- Provide System admin/IT support to users by answering day-to-day questions or technical concerns.
- Work with Zoho support to resolve any reported issues. Track reported issues and provide periodic updates.
- Automate manual business processes through workflow rules or custom scripts where necessary.
- Monitor, Control and ensure the effective usage of Zoho products used throughout the organization.
- Utilize Analytics to find gaps in data collection processes, then provide solutions to address the issue.
- Manage user access control
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Mentor and cross-train other team members
Preferred Skills
- Experienced working as an IT Support Engineer or System Administrator (2+ years)
- Custom Zoho development using Zoho Creator (Minimum 2 Years)
- Development, implementation, and customization experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, or Zoho People (Minimum 2 Years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and with other team members.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Certified Zoho Developer
- Demonstration of Sample code using Github/bitbucket/stack exchange etc.
- Prior experience working in a virtual environment.
- Prior experience working independently without oversight
- Understanding of US IT contracting, recruitment, and staffing
