Generally, students are able to make it through the entire curriculum in 8 weeks, but as the program is self-paced, you are welcome to complete it much quicker if you would like. You can check out a breakdown of the entire curriculum by clicking here.

Nope. Instead, our students complete a final portfolio project which bolsters their resume and impresses employers. We believe in providing real world applications for student’s learning designed to help them get a job, fast!

Generally, most students will spend the final half of their training on their final project (3 or 4 weeks). During which they will receive 1-on-1 training and guidance from their mentor. 

Mentors will typically be available to students from 9:00 – 5:00 M-F. You are are welcome to send them an email if you are looking to get a quick question answered (our mentors make it a priority to respond quickly). If you need more extensive help that may required a screen sharing session through Zoom, you can book an appointment with them using their Zoho Bookings link.

Optional coursework is built around Zoho for a couple of different reasons:

1. We’ve spent many years as business consultants specializing in Zoho CRM software – it’s what we know really well.
2. Zoho’s 30 day trial system enables students to play around with Zoho’s infinitely customizable software, familiarizing students with, pretty much, any tool a CRM could offer without having to put down any money.
3. Coursework for other CRMs like HubSpot and SalesForce already have their respective academies filled with lots of coursework – building our own library to would be a little bit redundant. 

Lastly, the skills you learn working with Zoho are easily transferrable to other CRM softwares. You will never be limited to just Zoho.
