A blueprint is a way to hard-code a process into your business software. We want to be sure and give adequate attention and follow-up to each lead or client that comes into the system.
Look at this flowchart with me. There is simply too much here to rely on salespeople to remember it all. We want to prompt them with next steps and automate as much of the process as possible so they can focus on what they do best, developing relationships with leads.
