Ask Yourself These Questions About Your Commissions Structure

Where do you track your financial data? Potential options:

  • CRM
  • Zoho Books
  • Other software (i.e. Quickbooks)
  • If it’s in another database, you’ll have to determine how feasible it is to push your data to Zoho Analytics.

Think about the criteria for any sale to be deemed commissionable and how you would record that. How do you determine who is responsible for a sale or transaction? Who receives commission?

Wherever it is, the ideal solution is to push all that data to analytics and aggregate it up there in summary reports.
