The “Needs Analysis” is a grand and holy tradition of all Architects, Zoho and otherwise. It is your opportunity to sit down with the client and ask, “So, what problems should this system solve for you?”.
The Needs Analysis often first happens on your 1st or 2nd call with a client. There is no limit to the number of Needs Analyses — you’ll be asking the same questions from here over and over and over until you’re done!
FYI: these courses are an evolution of the System Planning courses in our “Zoho One Admin (Beginner)” Learning Path. The main difference here is that we assume you’re not just doing this for yourself — you’re getting good enough to walk into a business and do this over and over and over and over.
