Zoho One Admin (Beginner) Assessment
Alright, if you’re here, you must be ready to be certified! Now, this covers everything taught in the learning track. Haven’t take our intro to Desk or Deluge courses? Thought you could skip out on something? You may want to look at those before trying this.
YOU ONLY GET 3 TRIES
90 – MINUTE TIME LIMIT
NO SAVING TO RETURN LATER
But, you can use our courses, your own Zoho system, and the Internet to answer anything! This is more a test of “do you know where to find it?” as not as much a “do you have this memorized?” type of assessment.
After submission, you’ll be able to see which questions you missed, but not the right answers. So, you’ll have 2 chances to review what you missed and try again.
Don’t just jump into this! A score of 80% + earns you the certificate. But, it is fairly challenging—we want this to mean something. “Oh, you’re WFA certified? You must know something about Zoho.” Yeah, you do!
All that said, you’ve been warned. Good luck!
