When you use the ADVANCED (yes, we’ll keep throwing that word around) Zoho CRM field, you have the option to add or update a record (like normal) OR add a related list record.
Remember, related lists work through lookup fields. So, if you add a related list record, you don’t even have to edit the lookup field—it will already be filled!
The parent module to select is Deals and the related list is Service Reviews (and by now, don’t even ask—the Standard layout).
From there, it’s the simple task of mapping all the Form fields to their respective fields in the Service Reviews CRM module.
