We touched on this earlier, but you need to set your budget and timeline before fully committing to a Zoho implementation. And remember to prioritize! Often it is useful to carry an implementation out in different phases, i.e. first migrate the Sales team to Zoho, then the implementation team, then the finance team, etc.

Are you looking to do this yourself or are you going to pay Zoho consultants? They can both work in certain circumstances, but they have trade-offs of time and money.
