Before continuing, ensure you have enabled pop-ups in your browser! Otherwise you won’t follow any of this.
- In the record out of which you want to send the document, click the button “Send for Zoho Sign”
- Select your template (make sure you created the template in said module)
- It is preset to send to the Contact person associated with the record
- You can manually add other signees and set the order
- Confirm your settings and select “Continue”
- Here you get a final review of the document and the merged information before sending it off
