These questions should absolutely affect how you design your resume. I would definitely emphasize or include/exclude different experiences or skills if I were applying to be a high school English teacher versus a computer programmer.
So, what kind of position are you applying for and what skills and aptitudes does that employer look for? (Of course, if you’re watching this, then you’re probably interested in a position with a Zoho Partner)
Ask that, and then answer accordingly on your resume! (with the active voice and keep it to a page)
