Look at the CRM and Analytics Data Structure

For our use case, we have a Contact Type, “Affiliate”. On each Deal record, there is a lookup to the Contacts module called “Affiliate”. That lookup relationship is carried over into Zoho Analytics and we’ll pull data from both the Contacts and Deals tables of data for our dashboard.

The goal is to create a summary dashboard for all the business an affiliate does with Affluence Financial Planning. Instead of creating a unique dashboard for every single affiliate and sharing it individually with them, we can aggregate all the data into a single dashboard and automate the process of sharing that dashboard, pre-filtered, to every affiliate.
