Note —all arithmetic is really easy in Deluge! You’ll feel like a super smart math genius when you’re using “/” for division, “*” for multiplication, “-” for subtraction, “+” for addition, “^” for exponents, etc. etc.
For those that care — this is a HUGE advantage that Deluge has over traditional formula fields. With a traditional formula field, you CAN’T pull in variables from multiple modules. You’d have to pull the Deal Amount into the Commission Record as a new custom field and then calculate from there. With this method, we do it all before the Commission is even created!
