We haven’t talked in detail about this before, and you probably noticed already, but it’s important to understand how lookup fields work in Deluge.
When populating a lookup field—let’s use the Deal lookup field for example—we don’t put the “Deal Name” in there. We use the unique 19-digit Zoho ID. That’s why we have lines of code that put IDs into the lookup fields in our maps.
