Everything we do in these 7 units hearkens back to that. You just built 2 CRMs. In the next unit, we’ll look at some real-world examples of CRMs in action.

Unit 4 is about the planning process. We will walk you through how to plan and architect CRM systems and then in unit 5 you will go through the whole process on your own using a case study that we give.

And unit 6? That’s where it gets fun and you get to go out in the community and find your own business for which to plan and build a CRM. Last, in unit 7, we tie it all together and prep you for the job search.
