Many of the same preference options appear at the Consultation and Consultant level as well (and these override your workspace settings). So, make sure they are set up properly.
At the user level you can set the user’s normal working hours. But, instead of adding vacation time in here (kind of clunky), consider just “blocking it off” of your calendar by adding an event during your normal working hours for the days you will be gone.
It is much quicker and the two-way sync ensures that clients will not be able to book time with you on those days.
