Create Your Services:

• Choose a name
• Duration
• To create an online meeting or no
• Does it need a time buffer?
• Assign users
• Payment gateway?
• Allow cancellation or reschedules?
• Set notifications (though we’ll cover this more in depth in coming videos)
• Add Custom Fields

Be careful about who you add and remove from services. This is part of why it’s so important to map out your Bookings structure ahead of time. Don’t screw it up!

You probably don’t want your CEO’s schedule to show up as available for an intro financial planning call.

Conversely, You don’t want a lowly financial planner to be scheduled to talk about a potential merger or partnership with another company.
