You can add this from the Zoho Marketplace in CRM
It allows you to sync client Bookings to the CRM as Meeting records.
It also adds a button in the CRM Contacts and Leads records to ‘Add Booking’ and directly create a meeting with a client and user (and its resultant Meeting record).
We prefer to create new Bookings client users as Contacts instead of Leads because we don’t even use the Leads module. Decide for yourself!
