Click on the ‘View paths used in this report’ button on the right side in order to run a “Sanity Check”, verifying that the lookup paths are working.
A “Left Join” includes all records on the left side of the lookup, even if there is not a match. (this can result in that dreaded “unknown” column)
A “Right Join” includes all records on the right side that are found, meaning only records from the left side that successfully find a matched record will be included.
