Creating the System Flowchart

The questions in the discovery process (asking about lead generation, the sales process, how the company makes money, etc.) help outline your flowchart.

  • Start with how the business finds its leads and clients.
  • How do sales reps work with those incoming leads? What are the applicable actions?
  • What needs to happen to close a sale? Is there a kind of disqualification process as well?
  • Does anything happen after a closed sale? (Services rendered, follow up, repeat business, etc.)
