What is a Statement of Work and System Flowchart?

The goals:

• Define the deliverables
• Do enough demo work to prove the concept

The statement of work outlines the implementation process and put the features in words in terms of Zoho (or whatever other software you are using to build it out).

The flowchart is the visual complement of the statement of work, helping non-software experts to understand how you will build it and how the final product will work.
