Other Ways to Trigger Functions
In the last couple videos, I showed how to trigger a custom function using a workflow rule that conditions on a field update. This is really useful, but also consider the following options for triggering functions:
- After a blueprint transition, you can choose to execute a custom action where you select your function (see image below)

- You can create a Custom Button and place it where and for whom you want
