Another CRM Function Use Case

Think back to that form you created at the end of the ‘Becoming a Zoho CRM Admin’ course. We have entries that are coming into the ‘Financial Plan Reviews’ module. We want to relate those records back to a Contact record. How might you do that using Deluge?

First, trigger the function, using a workflow rule, when the new record is created in your custom module. Then, coding in Deluge, how would you go about finding the right contact record to relate the review back to?

Use this link to learn about the search records function and think about trying it with email. This means you would also have to create a lookup field in your custom module, looking up to the Contacts record.
