It’s somewhat inconsistent — it’s gone up a TON recently, but we have major audio/video issues about 10% of the time, which makes it hard to really recommend when Zoom/GoToMeeting are so cheap.
Expect improvements, though! (Remember back to how Zoho pours 60% of its revenues back into R&D)
