you may have to refresh the page for it to appear
once you see that, click into the Customer record to see that our custom field, “Last Payment Date”, was updated
Like I mentioned at the beginning of the course, this could be useful information to sync to CRM. Then, you could create segments within CRM or Campaigns based on a client’s last payment date.
