You have options to migrate from other CRMs and accounting softwares like HubSpot, SalesForce, etc. Zoho has built an API connection that takes all the data from those CRMs (with correct authentication) and migrates it to your new Zoho CRM.
They don’t always work perfectly and it varies from migration to migration, but it is often a great place to start and much easier than migrating via CSVs.
