- Gathering the right people in the room
- Asking great questions and taking great notes
- “Active listening” and “Mirroring” — “what I’m hearing you say is…”
- You are the “dumbest person in the room” (asking lots of questions)
The Initial System Outline is:
- Synthesized notes of what’s most important to them. Look at our example
