How Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Fit Into Revenue Operations, And the Customer Lifecycle

Forgive the oversimplification, but Revenue Operations generally oversees 3 separate buckets:

  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Customer Success

Revenue Operations = aligning sales, marketing, and customer success into one comprehensive customer lifecycle, then helping make that customer lifecycle more efficient, and thus more profitable.

Call me Merriam-Webster, because I just invented this definition
