You made it to the last lesson! This is our first foray into another Zoho app –Forms. It integrates with and complements CRM and is really useful to know.

Build your own customizable form
Integrate the form with CRM in order to automatically create new records or update existing ones
Share the form with others (or embed it on your website) and capture new leads
