Workflow Rules

As a business grows, it is simply impossible to mentally keep tabs on all clients and where they are in the sales process. Take advantage of Workflow Rules to set up automations within your business that can:

  • send out automated emails at specified times
  • update fields
  • run custom functions
  • create tasks

See an example of a sample workflow rule below. If the fields in the Contacts module are updated to meet the conditions of status, follow-up date, and follow-up with email, a task is automatically assigned to the Contact Owner to send that client a follow-up email. You can see how rules like this can be very useful to make sure every client receives adequate attention and service in order to maximize the possibility of closing a deal.
