Lead, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals

How do Leads fit in with these other modules? Well, a lead is a yet-unqualified client, someone we are just getting to know.

When we are ready to do business with a Lead, we can turn it into a Contact (the individual’s info), Account (info of the company), and Deal (business deal details) record. This is called Lead Conversion.
