Always Leave a ‘User Message’

Even if you don’t require input from the end user, always leave a message of some sort!

This is configured in the ‘During’ section of the transition. Simply leave something for the user to read quick. They can then move forward, OR, if they made a mistake, they can click ‘Cancel’ and avoid an error that can’t be undone.

For example, to mark someone as a ‘Dead Lead’, there is no input necessary. If no message was left above, the transition would be carried out without any chance to reconsider. However, seeing this, the user can click ‘Cancel’ if it was a mistake.
