Pre-buildout Field Customization

To refine the sales process and build this blueprint, we need to add the following custom fields to the Leads module:

  • “Email Drip Status” – a picklist with the options ‘Started’ and ‘Completed’
  • “Lead Discovery Form” – a simple Yes/No picklist
  • “Follow-up Date” – a date field
  • “Next Call Date” – a date field

Using these fields, as you will see later on, we can see the point, if ever, someone reaching in the automated email drip, whether they submitted a Lead Discovery Form or not, and set dates to talk and follow up with Leads.
