We can actually build out the Lead Discovery Form automations in the same workflow rule we created earlier, because they both are based on the Status field.
So, send the first email out immediately when someone is marked as ‘Interested’ and then the follow-up email a week later, IF the “Lead Discovery Form” field is not ‘Yes’. It should look like this:
Then, as soon as the Lead fills out the form and their CRM record is updated (“Lead Discovery Form” = ‘Yes’) from the integration, they will no longer be sent the 1-week follow-up email.
