Getting Tickets into Desk

There are a few ways to create tickets in desk:

  • Through an email—most businesses have a support@domain.com email to which clients can submit questions or inquiries and we can set up an email forwarding rule to create a ticket in desk when that happens
  • A form submission on your website
  • A phone call
  • Through other Zoho apps
  • Social media
  • Live chat on your site
  • Importing tickets into Desk
