Getting Tickets into Desk
There are a few ways to create tickets in desk:
- Through an email—most businesses have a support@domain.com email to which clients can submit questions or inquiries and we can set up an email forwarding rule to create a ticket in desk when that happens
- A form submission on your website
- A phone call
- Through other Zoho apps
- Social media
- Live chat on your site
- Importing tickets into Desk
