This works much the same way as creating tickets through email. Most form builders have a feature to be able to send out email notifications after form submission. So, simply send whatever details from the form fill out that you want to the support email that you just created. Then, a tickets will be created and a rep can address it.
Zoho desk also has its own customizable web forms that you can embed in your site. This out-of-the-box solution is even simpler than using other form builders to forward emails to your support team.
