Sending Emails FROM the Support Email

Verify and Configure the Email in Desk.

You will then add your email address to the “From Address” section in settings and send the verification request. When it comes through, verify, and now you can send emails from that email in Desk.

Create an Organization Email in the CRM

Go to Channels > Email > Organization Emails In the CRM settings to set up and verify an organization email. This enables you to send emails out to your leads in contacts from that support email we just set up, and when responses come in, they will be routed to Desk.
