One example is the following: we had a client who didn’t want to migrate to Zoho books from QuickBooks. However, they love using the CRM for their sales process. So, when they reached a Closed Sales Order, they triggered an automatic email with all of the relevant sales data. That was sent to the accounting team, creating a ticket in Zoho Desk for them to create the sales order in QuickBooks.
