Go to Settings > Translations and then export the list of all names/headings, etc.
Once you export that, you can find (in the long, complex text file) where your desired field is located and you can change its name. In this video, we change the Amount field to read “Deal Size”.
Yes, this is kind of a workaround, telling Zoho that we speak a “different dialect” of English, and importing our translations back in.
But hey, it works! That’s how you change system default field names.
